Our rates are based on an occupancy of up to two adults and two dependent children under 18. Guest fees will be applied to any additional people. Maximum occupany per site is six people; no more than four adults to one site. Only one family per site.

Baker’s Acres features 3 spacious cabins. Each cabin is somewhat unique, although all three have common features. There is no indoor plumbing in our cabins, but the bathhouse is nearby. There is no heat provided in the cabins, and heaters of any kind are not permitted in the rental units, so be prepared for unexpected weather. You will need to bring all of your own supplies, including linens, bed sheets and cooking utensils.

Our Blue Cabin sleeps 6 people, with 1 futon in the living room area, 1 queen mattress in the loft, and 3 single bunks in a separate room. The kitchen room includes a microwave, coffee maker, an apartment sized fridge, and a table w/ four chairs. There is a room-sized air conditioner in the living room area. Outside, you will enjoy use of a deck, grill, picnic table, fire ring and sink.

Our Tan Cabin sleeps 6 people, with 1 futon in the living room area, a double bed in a separate room, and a double bed in the half loft. There is NO kitchen room; only a combined living room and kitchen. This cabin includes a room-sized air conditioner, microwave, coffee maker, an apartment sized fridge, and a table w/ four chairs. Outside, you will enjoy use of a porch, picnic table, fire ring, grill and sink.

Our Red Cabin sleeps 4 people, with 2 futon / bunk beds (a bunk on top, a futon on bottom.) This cabin includes a room-sized air conditioner and a kitchen room, a microwave, coffee maker, apartment sized fridge, and table w/ four chairs. Outside, you will enjoy use of a porch, picnic table, fire ring, grill and sink.

Our Cottages sleep 4 people, with a Queen-sized bed in the back room and a pull-out couch/futon in the living room. Cottages also include a kitchenette, table w/ four chairs, full bathroom, air conditioning, a microwave, refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, tub, toilet, shower, sink, pots and pans. Outside, you will enjoy use of a deck, grill, picnic table and fire ring. There is no heat provided in the cottages, and heaters of any kind are not permitted in the rental units, so be prepared for unexpected weather. You will need to bring your own linens and bed sheets.

General Notes Regarding Rentals: Cabins and Cottages have a 4:00 PM check-in time. Absolutely no check-ins after 11:00 PM (on Fridays and Saturdays) or after 9:30 PM on all other days. Check-out time is 12:00 Noon. Early arrivals or late stays, if possible, will incur a 1/2 day charge. (Please notify the office in advance.) A $200.00 security deposit (refunded upon satisfactory inspection at check-out) and one night’s fee are required to reserve a cabin or cottage. Advance reservations are necessary and must be paid in full in advance for holiday stays. Four day minimum reservations. (Weekend reservations will be accepted, when available, the Wednesday before your intended date of arrival.) Pets and smoking are not permitted in cabins or cottages, and there will be no refunds due to weather!

Discounts & Specials
One discount per visit. Discounts may not be combined. No discounts apply to cabins.
Senior Citizens: 10% Off.
Off Season Specials: 10% off after Labor Day and before Memorial Day Weekend.
Bring a Friend Special: Bring someone who has never camped here before (and who will occupy as second site), and  you will receive 20% off during your stay. (This offer is available during the months of May, June, September and October - excluding holidays.)
4 Weekend Special: Book four consecutive weekends and receive free on-site storage. Electric must be unplugged during storage. This special is valid from May 1 to June 15 and from Sept 7 to Oct 31.  Three night minimum applies for Memorial Day.
Tents for Troops Special: At any given time, we will offer two tent sites for two nights to active military and their family. Only two sites can be used for this program at a time. Limit of two nights free rental. Additional nights available at. regular rates. www.tentsfortroops.org

Site Occupancy -
Rates are based on an occupancy of up to two adults and two dependent children under 18.  Guest fees will be applied to any additional people.  Maximum occupany per site is six people; no more than four adults to one site.  Only one family per site.  
Guests must be 21 or older to reserve a site (unless bringing own children).  Everyone in the camping party must be 21 or older, unless anyone under 21 is vacationing with his or her own family. 
Two night minimum reservations.  Holiday weekends have a three night minimum.
Cancellation Policy: No Refunds are given for weather conditions. All reservations require a minimum of one night’s deposit or a 10% deposit for reservations longer than two weeks. A $10.00 service charge to cover our expenses will be applied to any site cancelled up to seven days prior to scheduled reservation. Sites cancelled from seven to one day(s) prior to reservation will forfeit said deposit. Sites cancelled on day of scheduled arrival, or campers who fail to show up for their reservation will be charged for their full reserved stay. Holiday weekends require a three night minimum reservation. Cancelled holiday reservations are subject to be charged for full reservation or may forfeit the whole fee. No exceptions shall be made.
Cabins and Cottages Cancellation Policy: For cancellations made more than 14 days in advance, your deposit will be refunded in full, less a $35.00 per cabin cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 14 days in advance, deposits will be refunded only if cabin is re-rented (no exceptions). The $35.00 cancellation fee applies. For last minute cancellations, no-shows, and early departures, your credit card will be charged for the full amount of reservation. There are no refunds for early departure.
Well Behaved Pets are permitted in our campground and allowed in all areas of the campground except Cabins, Cottages, Store and Pool / Playground Area. Please keep your pets leashed, attended at all times and clean up after them.
